QHHT - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a modality created and fine tuned by Delores Cannon. QHHT is also known as Past Life Regression. It is a gentle hypnosis which provides the opportunity to understand our lessons in this life time. You may visit past lives or remain in this life time. We connect in with the Sub Conscious (Higher Self) and have some questions answered for further guidance. The sessions usually take 4-6hours and you are provided a recording of the session to take home and listen in the comfort of your home. I am there to facilitate the session and to provide a completely safe space for this to take place.

Each class starts promptly. The aromaZen is 90 minutes however I ask you allow yourself time after to be grounded prior to driving.
Maybe you prefer to have aromaZen in your own home. Why not book a private aromaZen in yur own home or at my Hornsby location?

Not at all. I encourage all to attend. I often here people say that meditation is too hard, I ask did you try it? The response is usually no, it's just not my thing.
Meditation is different for each person. Some people are able to go deep within the meditation while others, find it a little harder.
Guided meditation is my preferred meditation. It allows for guidance and peace all at once. My voice will be there to guide you along the way.
I encourage daily practice of meditation. This does not mean you are required to attend a class daily. Silent meditation can be done at home or in your lunch break. Take the time to connect your bare feet to the earth and closing your eyes and just allowing the sounds to flow through you mind without overthinking them or holding them. Just allowing our thoughts to come and go.
