I am the creator of this beautiful space.
I am one with Mother Earth and Great Spirit.
I have been on my own unique healing journey for many years and in 2019 as I transitioned into another stage of my evolution RLB was birthed.
Wanting to share my unique gifts and story with those who are drawn to my energy.
Energy Healing and wholistic wellbeing are important to me and something I am passionate about.

How does reconnecting with yourself, others and to spirit sound?
Do you find you are constantly scrolling your life away, having distant relationships with others and self, living a life that is unfulfilling even disconnected. We can often find that our life is so busy with doing, we don't feel, we don't hear.
I love to assist people reconnect, to connect to their feelings, emotions, inner wisdom and build healthy connections in their relationships. This is what I am passionate about and love to do.

Journeying into your heart center, connecting to your soul reveals your purpose. Cacao and journeying really allows and opens you to going deeper within. Bringing cacao into ceremony with the intention of opening the heart, connecting to self on a deeper level and also journeying through meditation is truly powerful. A deeper dive into being your authentic self, understanding your true path. Connecting with like minded souls, shining our light bright.
